Step 1. Online consultation and reservation
1) Submit documents via official website / WhatsApp Submit medical records (CT, pathology report, etc.) + passport scans, support uploading in 20 languages.
2) Initial assessment: The medical assistant will assist you in compiling your medical records and submitting them to the hospital’s medical team
3) On-site or remote video consultation by the MDT team
4) Confirm treatment, sign the electronic version of the "Consent to Treat" and obtain the invitation letter required for the visa.

Step 2. Preparation before arrival in China
❶ Visa application
The specialist will assist you in applying for a medical visa (approval within 3-5 working days), and will also book air tickets and airport pick-up services.
❷ Pre-trip guidance
Obtain the "Guide to Arrival in China" (including hospital locations, emergency contacts, and cultural taboos).
Step 3. Arrival and Check-in

Special car to the airport / high-speed rail station (multi-language pick-up)
❷ Quick check-in
The International Medical Department provides "one-stop" registration, allocation of exclusive translators and life managers, and check-in at wards or partner hotels.
Step 4. Diagnosis and treatment
❶ First day evaluation
The enhanced CT/MRI examination is completed within 2 hours, and the MDT team develops a personalized plan (in both Chinese and English).
❷ Treatment execution
The entire process of chemotherapy/surgery/radiotherapy is accompanied by an interpreter, and family members confirm the key links via video link.
❸ Daily follow-up
The attending physician and translator conduct joint ward rounds and update the electronic medical records simultaneously (available for immediate review via the APP).
Step 5. Return and follow-up
❶Rehabilitation plan
Before leaving the country, you will receive a "Rehabilitation Guide" (including medication instructions and review schedule) and a free emergency medicine kit.
❷ Return trip assistance
Free airport transportation and assistance with customs declaration of medical equipment (such as pain pumps).
❸ Cloud follow-up
